Rosann is an accomplished Operations Manager with over a decade of experience leading process improvements, optimizing organizational workflows, and supporting high-performing teams. With a strong background in compliance, vendor management, and client services, Rosann brings a strategic and solutions-focused mindset to the legal industry.
She has overseen daily operations in fast-paced professional environments, implemented standard operating procedures across departments, and led cross-functional initiatives that resulted in measurable growth and improved efficiency. Her experience includes streamlining operational workflows to enhance communication between teams and maximizing revenue recovery, while championing technology adoption to reduce overhead and eliminate inefficiencies.
Rosann graduated with a BBA in Management & Marketing from Jacksonville University (Magna Cum Laude) and played for their NCAA Division I Women’s Soccer team. She was born in Maryland but moved to Florida during high school. She has settled in Green Cove Springs now with her husband and two children.
In 2025, Rosann joined Berg Bryant Elder Law Group, PLLC as Law Office Manager, where she is dedicated to supporting the firm’s mission of guiding clients and caregivers with compassion, clarity, and trusted legal expertise through life’s most important transitions.
