Brooke Kelly joined Berg Bryant Elder Law Group, PLLC in 2026. A south Florida native, Brooke graduated from the University of Florida in 2017 with a Bachelor of Science in Sport Management.
After graduating from UF, Brooke took time off schooling to assist with the care of two family members and study for the LSATs. For her legal studies, she stayed in south Florida to remain close to her family. She attended Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad College of Law in Davie, Florida, earning her Juris Doctor in May 2022. After passing the bar exam in October 2022, Brooke began her career at a small insurance defense firm in south Florida, where she had started as a clerk during her third year of law school.
Having experienced significant losses in her own life, Brooke was drawn to elder law due to her desire to help people through difficult conversations about planning for the future and difficult times when dealing with the passing of a loved one. She feels fulfilled in the practice as it allows her to make a direct, positive impact on individuals and families in a more personal and meaningful way.
Outside of work, Brooke loves spending time with her family – her mom and three siblings (plus two in-laws!) – and her two cats. She enjoys fitness and staying active, a product of having played several sports growing up. She also loves traveling, especially with family and friends. On an average weekend, you can find her doing some combination of reading, cooking, and drinking coffee.
