Jenn Conner

Jenn Conner has built her career with the firm through dedication, hard work, and a passion for helping families navigate the Medicaid application process. She began as the firm’s receptionist before advancing to a legal assistant role supporting the estate planning and Medicaid practice, ultimately becoming a Medicaid paralegal. Over the years, Jenn has guided hundreds of Medicaid applicants and their families through the application process, helping them navigate complex eligibility requirements, gather supporting documentation, and complete applications with confidence. Known for her compassionate approach, strong attention to detail, and commitment to client service, Jenn strives to make what can often feel like an overwhelming process as seamless and stress-free as possible.

 

Originally from Michigan, Jenn relocated to Jacksonville in 2010 and has proudly called Northeast Florida home ever since. While she has embraced her new hometown, she remains a loyal supporter of her Michigan roots and can often be found cheering on the Detroit Tigers. She also enjoys supporting the Jacksonville Jumbo Shrimp during baseball season.

 

Outside of the office, Jenn is passionate about giving back to her community. She is a dedicated advocate for the Alzheimer’s Association, a cause that is especially meaningful to her after losing her paternal grandmother to Alzheimer’s disease in 2004. In 2016, she participated in her first Walk to End Alzheimer’s, combining fundraising efforts with community outreach to support research and raise awareness. Since then, Jenn has participated in each annual walk, personally raising more than $5,000 for the cause. She rejoined Jacksonville’s Walk to End Alzheimer’s Committee in 2019, where she continues to help promote awareness, encourage community involvement, and support the organization’s mission.

 

When she’s away from work, Jenn enjoys making memories with her husband, Deven, and their one-year-old twins, visiting Disney World, cheering on her favorite baseball teams, and spending time with their Dalmatian, Pongo, and extended family. She also enjoys volunteering with her church’s children’s ministry and giving back to her local community.
