Shane Sutherland has been with the Berg Bryant administrative team since August 2025. Shane was born in Jacksonville, Florida, and grew up in Orange Park until moving to Smyrna, TN, just south of Nashville in 2007.
Shane finished primary school and graduated from Stewarts Creek High, playing soccer and the alto saxophone in the concert, jazz, and marching band. Shane showed an early interest in elder law, accepting his first role at a firm right after graduating high school. In 2020, Shane moved back down to St. Augustine, Florida where he pursued and obtained a degree focused on Information Technology.
Shane prefers to spend his free time cycling, playing online games with friends, or finding a solution to technological issues his family and friends might have.
Serving clients throughout Duval, St. Johns, Clay, and Nassau Counties including Jacksonville, Jacksonville Beach, Neptune Beach, Atlantic Beach, Ponte Vedra Beach, Orange Park, Fleming Island, St. Augustine, and surrounding areas.
