Julie Lastinger – Paralegal

Julie Lastinger has been a paralegal with the firm since October 2015 and truly enjoys working in the elder law industry and helping with the Medicaid matters for the firm. Prior to coming to work for Mr. Bryant she had 20 years in the nursing home industry with experience as a Business Office Manager, Admissions Director, and an independent accounts receivable management contractor.

Julie was born in Taipei, Taiwan and adopted when she was 15 months from a missionary orphanage by her parents. Her father was stationed in the Navy and her parents had three biological children, but to Julie’s fortune, decided to adopt her and bring her back to the United States. Julie was raised in Florida for most of her life and has been married for over 27 years. Her husband works as a professional lead engineer for one of the US Naval aircrafts. Her greatest accomplishment that has brought much joy to her life are her son and daughter. Both are away at college and studying to be engineers. Julie enjoys traveling, cooking, and spending time with her family.
