Halee Filion was born and raised in Jacksonville, Florida, and brings a calm, compassionate presence to her role as a legal assistant at Berg Bryant Elderly Law Group. She works closely with clients and their families to help them feel supported, informed, and comfortable throughout the legal process.
Before joining the firm, Halee spent a year working in the felony division of the Public Defender’s Office, where she gained firsthand experience assisting individuals through some of the most challenging times in their lives. Her background also includes two years as a veterinary technician, a role that deepened her love for animals and strengthened her ability to connect with people through empathy, care, and trust.
Halee believes clear communication and genuine compassion are at the heart of every client relationship. She approaches her work with patience and understanding, always striving to create a space where clients feel heard and respected, and never stops rooting for the underdog.
Outside of the office, Halee enjoys spending time with her husband, Tim, and her pets, an Australian Shepherd named Daisy, a lab mix named Beau, and two cats, Sol and Odin.
Serving clients throughout Duval, St. Johns, Clay, and Nassau Counties including Jacksonville, Jacksonville Beach, Neptune Beach, Atlantic Beach, Ponte Vedra Beach, Orange Park, Fleming Island, St. Augustine, and surrounding areas.
